Bupati Ngawi Rencana Alihkan Anggaran Rp 50 Miliar untuk Perbaikan Jalan

    Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (DPUPR) Ngawi bakal ketiban anggaran besar di pengujung tahun ini. Itu seandainya refocusing program dan kegiatan perangkat daerah di perubahan APBD (P-APBD) 2022 terealisasi. Bupati Ony Anwar Harsono berhitung dana sekitar Rp 50 miliar bakal dialihkan ke DPUPR. Keperluannya untuk pembangunan infrastruktur jalan dan jembatan.

    Kepala DPUPR Ngawi Mohammad Sadli optimistis dana Rp 50 miliar dapat terserap habis. Meski diakuinya tempo penggunaan anggaran terbilang singkat. Bila P-APBD digedok September, waktu tersisa untuk lelang sekaligus pengerjaan hanya tiga bulan. Pihaknya bakal mengusulkan paket kegiatan dengan taksiran pelaksanaan sesuai tenggat tersebut. ‘’Yang diusulkan peningkatan ruas jalan dengan panjang maksimal dua kilometer,’’ ujarnya, Jumat (8/4).

    Menurut Sadli, peningkatan jalan berupa rigid beton cenderung lebih cepat ketimbang perbaikan biasa. Bila hanya dua kilometer, pengerjaannya diperkirakan tidak sampai tiga bulan. ‘’Jadi, masih sangat memungkinkan kalau nanti di P-APBD ada tambahan dana,’’ tuturnya.

    DPUPR juga percaya diri 11 proyek peningkatan jalan bersumber APBD induk selesai tepat waktu. Sadli bakal memasukkan masing-masing dokumen pengadaannya ke bagian pengadaan barang dan jasa sekretariat daerah mulai pekan ini. Rekonstruksi ruas Jalan Gunung Sari–Kenongo Rejo paling besar bujetnya. ‘’Anggarannya Rp 19 miliar, karena itu harus segera dilelang dan start pengerjaan,’’ pungkasnya.

    Sebelumnya, Ony berniat mengalihkan anggaran program dan kegiatan dari sejumlah perangkat daerah untuk pembangunan infrastruktur jalan. Utak-atik rencana pada APBD induk tersebut menimbang panjang jalan kategori rusak berat mencapai 97,57 kilometer. Atau sekitar 13 persen dari total 744.171 kilometer panjang jalan kabupaten ini.
