Tugu Kartonyono yang menjadi ikon kota Ngawi, dalam beberapa hari kemaren menjadi perbincangan hangat di masyarakat terkait tidak berputarnya kembali. Tugu yang dibangun di tahun 2018 ini, menggunakan dana APBD sebesar 3,1 milyar.
Dalam pembangunannya yang menelan anggaran Rp 3,1 miliar terbagi atas pekerjaan inti yaitu Tugu Kertonyono sendiri menyerap budget 25 persen atau Rp 700 juta, serta 17 persen atau Rp 480 juta untuk mechanical engineering (ME). Ditambah 58 persen atau Rp 1,65 miliar yang peruntukanya pada pekerjaan pelebaran jalan, pengaspalan, drainase, pengunduran lampu traffic light dan plus pajak 10 persen.
Menanggapi kejadian yang mengakibatkan tidak berputarnya Tugu Kartonyono, M. Sadli Kepala Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Ngawi mengatakan dari hasil analisa bahwa perputaran dengan beban yang berat mengakibatkan ada beberapa gear yang aus/rusak.
“Setiap tahun dianggarkan untuk biaya perawatan Tugu Kartonyono sebesar 20 juta per tahun, itu digunakan pergantian dinamo saja,” ungkapnya.
Lebih lanjut, Sadli menjelaskan langkah-langkah yang diambil berupa penganggaran penggantian spare part yang rusak melalui Perubahan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (P-APBD).Dalam penyedian spare part, kita kerjasama dengan PT.Pindad.
Perlu diketahui bahwa perusahaan tersebut yang memproduksi alat berat, secara otomatis ahli dalam memproduksi gear-nya dan tak kalah pentingnya kualitasnya sudah diakui baik nasional maupun internasional.
“Dalam pemesanannya, PT. Pindad membantu untuk dilakukan analisa kembali terhadap gear.Minggu depan kita akan Ke Pindad, dan saat ini sudah ada perbaikan. Bisa dilihat, sekarang tugu kertonyono bisa berputar kembali walaupun untuk ritme berputarnya dikurangi,“ tutupnya.
