Satu Data Menara untuk Mendukung Satu Data Kabupaten Ngawi

    Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Ngawi mendukung kebijakan satu data kabupaten Ngawi dengan menyusun satu data menara telekomunikasi di Kabupaten Ngawi.

    Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu hal penting dalam rencana aksi perubahan yang diusung oleh Kepala Bidang Tata Bangunan dan Bina Konstruksi DPUPR kabupaten Ngawi, dalam rangka Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Administrator di tahun 2022 ini.

    Kegiatan pengawasan dan pengendalian menara telekomunikasi menjadi tugas dan fungsi baru di DPUPR pada tahun 2022 yang sebelumnya adalah menjadi kewenangan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo).

    Sehubungan dengan tugas baru tersebut, sejak awal tahun 2022 telah dilakukan monitoring ke setiap lokasi menara untuk dilakukan pendataan menara telekomunikasi. Fokus monitoring adalah pada kondisi menara terkait dengan bangunan fisiknya.

    Pada saat proses pendataan, tim monitoring dan evaluasi menemui kesulitan dalam mensinkronkan beberapa data yang terkumpul dari beberapa Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD). Terdapat banyak perbedaan data yang ditemukan, sehingga perlu dilakukan penyatuan persepsi dengan beberapa stakeholder terkait.

    Untuk keperluan penyamaan persepsi itulah akan dilakukan aksi perubahan melalui penyusunan satu data menara telekomunikasi dengan pemetaan online “My Map” di Kabupaten Ngawi yang akan dilakukan oleh Kepala Bidang Tata Bangunan dan Bina Konstruksi DPUPR Kabupaten Ngawi, Yesi Widyarti, S.T., M.M.

    Diharapkan dengan adanya satu data menara dan peta online dalam kegiatan monitoring akan memperbaiki kinerja DPUPR Kabupaten Ngawi dalam kaitannya dengan menara telekomunikasi.

    Seluruh tim efektif yang telah dibentuk pada Jumat, 9 September 2022 bersedia memberikan dukungannya agar terwujud tujuan dari aksi perubahan ini.

    Juga dengan Bapak Kepala Dinas PUPR sangat menyambut baik aksi perubahan ini dengan harapan ini akan membawa dampak yang baik bagi kinerja organisasi. (*)
